Requesting deletion
The production contact method and identity-verification process must be inserted before launch.
A request may cover an account, workspace, connected account or imported provider data. FLONOVI must record scope, verification, progress and whether provider-side deletion remains outstanding.
Limitations
Backups, legal obligations, security records, provider-held copies and partially completed cross-system deletion require a reviewed retention policy. FLONOVI must not report completion when only one system has been processed.
